If you don't recognize a transaction on your Envel account, we ask that you Freeze or Deactivate Your Card for safety, and Contact Us Immediately:

If you are certain that your card has been lost or stolen, Deactivate Your Card

  1. Log in to your Envel App

  2. Go to the Envelope Screen

  3. Swipe left on the box at the top of the screen to view your card information

  4. Tap once on the card and it will flip around

  5. Select Deactivate

  6. You will be taken to a new screen where you can confirm that you would like to De-activate my card

If you are not certain that your card has been lost or stolen, but want to take a precaution, you can Temporarily Freeze your card

  1. Log in to your Envel App

  2. Go to the Envelope Screen

  3. Swipe left on the box at the top of the screen to view your card information

  4. Tap once on the card

  5. Select Freeze Card

  6. You can Unfreeze Card at any time in the same place you found the Freeze Card button
