Debit card stolen or lost?

We're sorry to hear that your Envel Card is lost or stolen. Of course you want make sure that all transactions are blocked. Follow these steps to freeze your Envel Card:

  1. Login to your Envel App

  2. Go to Debit Card screen, which is the second from left tab on the bottom row

  3. Scroll down to My Card Options

  4. Tap on Freeze Card. You can tap to Unfreeze Card at any time

Need to replace your card? Follow these steps to replace your Envel Debit Card:

  1. Login to your Envel App

  2. Go to Debit Card screen, which is the second from left tab on the bottom row

  3. Scroll down to My Card Options

  4. Click on Replace Card at the bottom of the page

  5. Select a reason you are replacing your card

  6. Authenticate using your passcode or biometrics

  7. Confirm the correct address and name on your card

  8. Select Confirm your Card

You will receive your new card in ten business days. Please contact us at support@envel.ai or using the in-app chat function if you run into any issues!
